This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used and shared.

Why do we need information?

Arrange offers a range of features and services, which we call the “Arrange Services” or “Services”. We assist you to keep track of what you own, write your own will, and amend it. We guide you and inform you of potential issues, suggestions and offers. We also facilitate your request, for example, to get help from family, friends and others such as personal advisers or professionals to provide relevant information. All of these require accurate information.

What kinds of information do we collect?

Certified Estate Planner

When you do a will through one of our Certified Estate Planners, you will get a user account which by default is “linked” to that particular Certified Estate Planner. For example, any subsequent changes to your account will be reflected in his/hers and vice versa. You can request to “delink” the accounts through the Certified Estate Planner direct or by writing in to info@getarrange.com.

Things you do and information you provide

We collect the content and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share details, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide such as the date an information was created.

Things others do and information they provide

We also collect content and information that other people provide when they use our Services, including information about you, such as when they send a message to you, or provide you with information.

Your networks and connections

We collect information about the people you are connected to and the contact information you provide if you upload, sync or import this information (such as an address book) from a device.

Information about payments

If you use our Services for purchases or financial transactions, we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details.

Device information

We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you access our Services to improve your user experience. Examples of the device information we collect are operating system, browser type, language, time zone, IP address.

How do we use this information?

Provide, improve and develop Services

We are passionate about bringing value to you. We use all the information we have to help us provide and support our Services such as verifying your identity, guiding you, generating your will, and informing you of potential issues, suggestions and offers.

We conduct surveys and research, test features in development, and analyze the information we have to evaluate and improve features and services, develop new features, and troubleshoot issues.

Communicate with you

We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Promote safety and security

We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies.

How is this information shared?

People you share and communicate with

When you share and communicate using our Services, you choose the people who can see what you share. For example when you choose to provide an individual with information, the information will be shared with that individual alone.

Partners (non-personally identifiable information only)

We work with partners to show you suggestions and offers that are most relevant and useful to you. We use all of the information we have about you to do so but we do not share information that personally identifies you (personally identifiable information is information that can by itself or together with other source of information be used to identify who you are) with partners unless you give us permission. We may provide partners with anonymised, aggregated, and other de-identified information which does not personally identify you, but only after they have agreed to abide by our partner guidelines.

Vendors and service providers

We work with vendors and service providers to help us provide and improve our Services. They support our business by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Services are used, providing customer service, printing and delivering documents, facilitating payments or conducting research and surveys. These vendors and service providers must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in a way that is consistent with this Data & Privacy Policy and the agreements we enter into with them.

How can I manage or delete information about me?

You can access and modify all your information from your Arrange account anytime. We rely on the accuracy of your information to provide our Services.

You also can delete them. When you delete an information, it will be deleted immediately and will no longer be recoverable. Keep in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted if you delete your account.

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide features and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide features and services.

How do we safeguard your information?

To safeguard your information from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures to secure all storage and transmission of information by us.

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.

How will we notify you of changes to this policy?

We’ll notify you when we make changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before continuing to use our Services.
